Benson Medina
Co-Founder & CEO
Benson Medina is a 1972 graduate of Kamehameha Schools and earned his BA in Communications from Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon. He has over 40 years of sales, marketing, and project development experience serving in executive or ownership positions at Hawaiian Airlines, Usher Precision Manufacturing, Innovations Development Group, and Pacific Marketing and Events. He is currently the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer at Hawaiʻi Project Delivery LLC (HPD), based in Hilo, Hawaiʻi. HPD is the primary representative in the State of Hawaiʻi for Sustainability Partners LLC of Phoenix, Arizona. HPD also represents Community First, a local non-profit that works to improve healthcare access on Hawaiʻi Island. Benson serves on the Rotary District 5000 Leadership team, is the president of Hui ʻOihana, the Hawaiʻi Island Native Hawaiian Chamber of Commerce and serves on various boards and commissions throughout Hawaiʻi County.

Zeda Medina
Co-Founder & CFO
Zeda Medina is an experienced financial manager and major grant project manager, working at the Universities of Hawaiʻi and California-Davis. She served as Division Manager for Endocrinology, Clinical Nutrition, and Vascular Medicine at UC-Davis and as Project Administrator for Research Corporation of University of Hawaii's EPSCOR $20M research grant. She previously served as the Lead Accounting Assistant for Chevron Overseas Petroleum Inc in San Ramon, California. Zeda is also the co-founder and Chief Financial Office for Hawaii Project Delivery, LLC. She currently serves as the Treasurer for the Rotary Club of South Hilo, the Hawaiʻi Ag-Tourism Association, and Hui ʻOihana, the Hawaiʻi Island Native Hawaiian Chamber of Commerce. Zeda is also an accomplished hula dancer and soloist for Hula Hālau O Kawānakoa of Keaukaha (Hilo), Hawaiʻi.

Megan Wilson, PMP
Principal
Megan Wilson, PMP received her Project Management Professional Certification from the University of Washington in Seattle. She has worked in both the public and private sectors as a project manager, team leader, and principal researcher. Currently, she develops infrastructure projects for Hawaiʻi Project Delivery within the State of Hawaii. Megan also brings event planning, conference coordination, and community outreach experience to the team. She served as the Native Hawaiian cultural liaison for the EPSCOR program at the University of Hawaiʻi at Hilo, her collegiate alma mater. As a star soccer player, Megan still holds many of the individual soccer records she established during her college career (2007-2010).

Micah K. Alameda Sr.
Principal
Micah Alameda is a digital media strategist and communications consultant based in Hilo. He is a 2006 graduate of Kamehameha Schools Hawaiʻi and studied at the University of Hawaiʻi at Hilo. He most recently worked as a nonprofit executive at Nā Leo o Hawaiʻi. In June 2022 he finished a term of service as a Board of Director with the Hawaiʻi Tourism Authority, a state agency that provides comprehensive management of tourism in Hawaiʻi. He was appointed by Governor David Ige in 2018 and confirmed by the Hawaiʻi State Senate of the Twenty-Ninth Legislature. Active in the community with legislative experience at the state and county level, Alameda is a member of Hui ʻOihana the Hawaiʻi Island Native Hawaiian Chamber of Commerce, Hawaiʻi Island Chamber of Commerce, Keaukaha Community Association, Pi‘ihonua Hawaiian Homes Association, Young Democrats of Hawai‘i, and the Hawaiʻi County Democrats.

Kapono Kekela
Principal
Kapono Kekela was born and raised in Hilo where he attended Kamehameha Schools Hawaiʻi and upon graduating in 2007, went on to earn his bachelor’s degree in Business at Midland University, in Nebraska. He has over 15 years of sales, marketing and public relations experience gained through working in the auto industry. Pono has recently served on a number of political campaigns in support of candidates on the State and Federal level helping with communications, strategy, community outreach, event logistics, and fundraising. He is heavily involved in the community as a board member on the County of Hawaiʻi Water Board, a board director for Hui ʻOihana the Hawaiʻi Island Native Hawaiian Chamber of Commerce, as the Hawaiʻi Island State Central Committee Representative, and an officer in the Hawaiʻi County Democrats. In his free time, you can either find Pono out in the surf, or on the golf course.
